About the event

If you have been climbing for 6-8 months and feel that you are at a lost of how to move on with your climbing or you have hit a plateau, this 3 hours workshop is for you. 

During this 3 hours, our trainers will teach you climbing techniques that will help bring you to the next level. Understand how to use your strength and techniques to become a better climber. 

Workshop Schedule

700pm - 745pm    : Climbing theory/concepts and injury prevention

745pm - 815pm    : Warming up exercise  

815pm - 900pm    : Applying climbing concepts on the wall

900pm - 915pm    : Discussion on climbing movements

915pm - 945pm    : Last climb

945pm - 1000pm  : De-brief and consolidating theory

By the end of this workshop, you will understand better how to ultilise your climbing strength and techniques more effectively together. You will understand good climbing posture that will help with injury prevention. 

You will need to know some basic techniques such as crossing hands, matching hands, crossing legs, matching legs, drop knees, flagging, twisting and frontal movements. If you are not familiar with these techniques, you may want to consider booking in to our Fundamental Class first.

After this workshop you are invited to join our regular classes run by Grit Climbing.
